Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to CACEL or RESCHEDULE any service. If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible. This allows us to offer the time to clients on our waitlist and keep our schedule running smoothly. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Fees will be processed by the end of business on the day of the missed or late-canceled appointment.
